髓内钉微创术与钢板内固定术治疗对胫腓骨骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：【目的】探讨髓内钉微创与钢板内固定治疗对胫腓骨骨折的疗效。【方法】选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院收治的50例胫腓骨骨折患者,按照治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,各25例,对照组予以钢板内固定术进行治疗,观察组予以髓内钉微创术进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、骨折愈合时间、Kofoed评分以及并发症的发生情况。【结果】两组患者临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,Kofoed评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症的发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。【结论】相对于钢板内固定术而言,髓内钉微创术能明显缩短胫腓骨骨折的骨折愈合时间,提高Kofoed评分,降低并发症的发生率,更利于患者的恢复。【Objective】To investigate the effect of minimally invasive intramedullary nail and plate internal fixation on tibiofibula fracture.【Methods】A total of 50 patients with tibiofibula fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and comparison group,with 25 cases in each group according to the treatment method.The comparison group was treated with plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with intramedullary nail.Clinical efficacy,fracture healing time,Kofoed score and complications were compared between the two groups.【Results】There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).The fracture healing time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of comparison group,and Kofoed score was significantly higher than that of comparison group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in comparison group(24.00%)(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Compared with plate internal fixation,intramedullary nailing can significantly shorten the healing time of tibiofibular fracture,improve Kofoed score,reduce the incidence of complications,and facilitate the recovery of patients.
