小儿先天性心脏病介入手术后应用情绪调节干预的护理效果分析

摘　　要：【目的】分析小儿先天性心脏病介入手术后应用情绪调节干预的护理效果。【方法】将2018年1月至2020年5月我院收治的93例先天性心脏病介入手术患儿采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组(46例)和观察组(47例)。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行情绪调节干预,两组均干预12周。比较两组干预前和干预12周后患儿生活质量及其照顾者主观幸福感、生活质量。【结果】干预12周后与干预前比较,两组患儿生活质量各项评分及照顾者生活质量、主观幸福度各项评分均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】情绪调节干预可有效提高先天性心脏病介入手术患儿生活质量及其照顾者生活质量、主观幸福感,具有较好的干预效果。【Objective】To analyze the nursing effect of emotion regulation intervention in children with congenital heart disease.【Methods】From January 2018 to May 2020,93 children with interventional surgery for congenital heart disease undergoing interventional surgery in our hospital were divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(47 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given emotional regulation intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given intervention for 12 weeks.The children's quality of life and their caregivers'subjective well-being and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention for 12 weeks.【Results】After 12 weeks of intervention,compared with before intervention,the scores of children's quality of life,caregivers'quality of life and subjective happiness of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Emotional regulation intervention could effectively improve the quality of life and caregivers'quality of life and subjective well-being of children undergoing interventional surgery for congenital heart disease,and had a better intervention effect.
