摘 要:【目的】从病症与患肌相关性阐释军事训练软组织伤的发生根源,寻求更有效的治疗方法。【方法】结合具体军事训练软组织伤案例,介绍浮针医学患肌理论的临床应用。【结果】在明确软组织伤痛的患肌后,施以浮针在特殊的皮下筋膜扫散联合再灌注活动,改善患肌缺血缺氧病理状态。【结论】浮针疗法可有效治疗军事训练软组织损伤,适于在基层部队推广应用。【Objective】To explain the origin of soft tissue injury in military training from the correlation between disease and affected muscle,and to seek more effective treatment.【Methods】Combined with specific cases of soft tissue injury in military training,the clinical application of the theory of patient muscle in Fu’s needle medicine was introduced.【Results】After identifying the muscle with soft tissue injury,Fu’s needle was applied to sweep the special subcutaneous fascia combined with reperfusion activity to improve the pathological state of ischemia and hypoxia.【Conclusion】Fu’s needle therapy can effectively treat soft tissue injury in military training,and is suitable for popularization and application in basic units.
