摘  要:含磷量高的钢材可塑性和韧性水平都较低,因此为了降低磷含量,避免低温环境下钢材冷脆断裂的风险,提升优质钢材产量,就必须要从炼钢工艺上进行优化。基于脱磷热力学的基本原理,分析了在大型转炉平台上探索稳定创新优质脱磷工艺,实现了生产低磷洁净钢材的工艺路径。The plasticity and toughness of steel with high phosphorus content are low,so in order to reduce the phosphorus content,avoid the risk of cold brittle fracture of steel under low temperature environment,and improve the output of high-quality steel,it is necessary to optimize the steel-making process.Based on the basic principle of dephosphorization thermodynamics,the stable and innovative high-quality dephosphorization process is explored on the platform of large converter,and the process path of producing low phosphorus clean steel is realized.
