摘 要:以浇钢结束自然冷却过程中两种不同结构的滑板底座为研究对象,采用ANSYS有限元软件对两种底座分别进行热/力的间接耦合模拟。研究表明:浇钢结束在自然冷却条件下,两种底座在同一时刻的温度场分布情况基本相同;两种类型的金属底座在冷却时的最高温度与最低温度在各个时间点上的分布相差不是很多。但1号底座的最大等效应力(SEQV)产生于固定孔的周围或材料薄弱的部位,并在钢水停浇过程中最大等效应力值起初呈增加的趋势,停浇40 min时等效应力达到最大值,随后等效应力值又开始减小。2号底座的下表面不存在较大的应力集中分布区,比同一时刻的1号底座的第一主应力分布要均匀得多。Taking two different type slide bases in the process of natural cooling after casting steel as the research object,using ANSYS finite element software to perform thermal/mechanical indirect coupling simulation of the two bases respectively.The research showed that the temperature field distribution of the two bases at the same time was basically the same after the pouring of steel was finished under natural cooling conditions;the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature distribution of two types bases during cooling was not much different at each time point,However,the maximum equivalent stress(SEQV)of the 1#base was generated around the fixing hole or the weak material,and the maximum equivalent stress value initially increased during the molten steel stop process;and then the equivalent stress value began to decrease again.There was no large stress concentration distribution area on the lower surface of 2#base,which was much more uniform than the first principal stress distribution of 1#base at the same time.
