摘 要:为了保证掘进巷道过断层期间顶板的稳定性,减少顶板破碎、煤壁片帮、底板鼓起等现象发生,提高巷道成型率,通过技术研究合理分析了五盘区辅运巷掘进过F11断层时原顶板支护主要存在的问题,并根据实际生产情况提出了“注浆+人工假顶+架设工字钢棚”的联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,联合支护技术有效控制了断层带附近巷道围岩变形,取得了显著应用成效。In order to ensure the stability of the roof during the period of driving roadway passing through fault,reduce the occurrence of roof breakage,coal wall spalling,floor bulging and other phenomena,and improve the forming rate of roadway,through technical research,this paper reasonably analyzes the main existing problems of the original roof support when the auxiliary transportation roadway in wupan district passes through F11 fault.According to the actual production situation,the combined support technology of"grouting+artificial roof+erecting I-shaped steel shed"is put forward.Through the practical application effect,the combined support technology has effectively controlled the deformation of surrounding rock near the fault zone,and achieved remarkable application results.
