摘　　要：针对冷轧轧辊稀油润滑系统在使用过程中存在漏油进水问题,通过对板带轧制时受力进行分析,得出上支撑辊轴承座漏油,下支撑辊轴承座进水的结论,并针对现场的漏油进水故障提出一系列有针对性的改造措施,取得了良好的改进效果。Through the in-depth study of oil leakage and water inflow of oil lubrication system of cold rolling roll,through the force analysis of plate and strip rolling,it is concluded that the upper backup roll bearing seat is oil leakage and the lower backup roll bearing seat is water inflow.In view of the oil leakage and water inflow fault,a series of targeted improvement measures are put forward,and good improvement effect is achieved.
