棒线材无头连铸连轧的应用及展望

摘　　要：通过对棒线材无头连铸连轧工艺进行介绍,剖析了棒线材领域无头连铸连轧工艺技术的特点和优势,介绍了该技术的关键环节及工艺布局,展示了该技术在棒线材领域的巨大发展潜力,同时指出了该技术目前存在的瓶颈,就问题的改进提出建设性建议。Through introducing the rod wire headless continuous casting and rolling,this paper analyzed the headless rod wire field characteristics and advantage of continuous casting and rolling technology,introduced the key link of the technology and process layout,showed the great potential for development in the field of the technology in rod wire,at the same time it put forward the technical bottleneck at present,problems of constructive suggestions for improvement.
