摘　　要：选取某钢厂某转炉的一个典型炉役进行分析,该炉役使用周期17个月,总炉龄6851炉,使用补炉料1113 t,喷补料268 t。综合考虑该炉役的耐材成本、钢铁料成本、脱氧剂成本及溅渣护炉成本等指标变化,找到适合该转炉的经济炉龄。A typical campaign of a converter in a steel plant is selected for analysis.The campaign has a service life of 17 months,a total campaign life of 6851 heats,1113 tons of make-up material and 268 tons of gunning material.Considering the cost of refractory material,steel charge,deoxidizer and slag splashing,the economic service life suitable for the converter is found.
