摘　　要：炉煤气和高炉煤气都是钢铁企业的富产煤气,做好转炉煤气的净化回收、利用,对冶金企业有着重要意义。但煤气柜作为满足煤气供需平衡的重要设备,也具有一定的危险性。通过对转炉煤气回收工艺进行系统描述,对转炉煤气储配站的工艺流程及设备选用要点进行介绍,并对煤气柜火灾、爆炸和中毒危害进行了具体阐述,希望能为冶金企业的生产提供借鉴与帮助。Furnace gas and blast furnace gas are rich gas in iron and steel enterprises.It is of great significance for metallurgical enterprises to purify,recycle and utilize converter gas.However,as an important equipment to meet the balance of gas supply and demand,gas holder also has certain dangers.Through the systematic description of converter gas recovery process,the process flow and equipment selection points of converter gas storage and distribution station are introduced,and the hazards of gas tank fire,explosion and poisoning are elaborated in detail,so as to provide reference and help for the production of metallurgical enterprises.
