摘　　要：针对转炉活动烟罩液压系统使用过程中常出现高强度的压力波动,导致油泵寿命缩减,并且强烈振动使得油管、密封等部位有所损坏,造成漏油停工的问题,通过对系统故障的原因进行分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。生产中要保证活动烟罩可以上下移动,使得烟罩内外气压大致相等,避免烟气外溢。活动烟罩液压系统使用介质为水乙二醇,工作压力为14 MPa。The problem that high-intensity pressure fluctuation often occurs in the use of the converter movable hood hydraulic system,resulting in the reduction of the service life of the oil pump.And the strong vibration causes the damage of the oil pipe,seal and other parts,resulting in oil leakage and shutdown.The causes of the system fault are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.During production,the movable hood can move up and down,so that the internal and external air pressure of the hood is roughly equal,and avoid flue gas overflow.The hydraulic system of movable hood uses water glycol as the medium,and the working pressure is 14 MPa.
