摘　　要：探讨了在环境保护系列新法规、标准的发布后,环境监管日趋严格、细致,企业自证守法、自证清白的主体责任已明确的形势下,作为污染物排放大户的石油化工企业环保管理存在的问题,以及推行环境保护工作精细化管理的必要性和相关管理措施。指出在日趋严格的环保形势下,石化企业只有对环境保护工作实施精细化管理,切实提高企业环境管理水平,才能实现企业的可持续发展,绿色发展。The environmental supervision is increas-ingly strict and meticulous after the release of a series of new laws and regulations and standards.This paper discusses the problems existing in the environmental protection management of petrochemical enterprises which are the major pollutant emission enterprises.It also discusses the necessity of and relevant manage-ment measures for carrying out the fine management of environmental protection work under the situation that the main responsibility of self-certified law-abiding and self-certified environmental-friendly enterprises is clear.Then the paper points out that under the increasingly stringent environment protection situation,the petro-chemical enterprises can only realize the sustainable development and green development by implementing the fine management of environmental protection and improving the level of environmental management.
