安全生产标准化在炼化基层车间的探索与应用

摘　　要：某炼化基层车间在积极推进安全生产标准化建设的过程中,结合日常安全管理工作,从“人、机、物、法、环”5个方面进行安全生产标准化建设的探索和应用。通过成立组织机构和制定安全管理制度,确保安全投入,强化教育培训,建设安全文化,规范设备设施管理,制定标准化现场作业,实施风险分级管控和隐患排查治理,监控重大危险源,开展职业健康管理,完善应急响应与救援工作,检查考核等多方面措施,提高了基层车间的安全生产水平,减少了事故的发生,保障了人身安全和生产经营活动的顺利进行。This paper introduced the daily safety man-agement work of a refining and chemical workshop at the basic level.It explored the construction of safety production standardization from the aspects of“human,machine,material,law and environment”and the ap-plication.The workshop established the organization and safety management system.It has ensured the safety investment,strengthened education and training,constructed safety culture,standardized equipment and facility management,formulated standardized on-site operations,implemented risk classification management and control,carried out investigation and management of hidden dangers,monitored major hazards,carried out occupational health management,improved emergency response and rescue,implemented inspection and as-sessment and so forth.After taking these measures,the level of safe production in the workshop was improved,the occurrence of accidents was reduced,the personal safety and health and the smooth progress of production and operation activities were guaranteed.
