摘　　要：构建新型的反倾销竞争情报预警系统,是我国企业应对国外反倾销的重要举措。借鉴国外反倾销竞争情报预警模式,分析了我国企业反倾销竞争情报预警系统建设存在的主要问题,并构建了以人际竞争情报网络为依托,以竞争情报预警流程为主线的新型反倾销竞争情报预警系统。通过系统地分析,得出竞争情报网络与竞争情报预警流程两者相互促进、共同发展,使我国企业反倾销竞争情报预警系统不断趋于完善的结论。It is an important measure for Chinese enterprises to build a new anti-dumping competitive intelligence early warning system.Based on the foreign anti-dumping competitive intelligence early warning model,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of anti-dumping competitive intelligence early warning system of Chinese enterprises,constructs a new anti-dumping competitive intelligence early warning system,which based on interpersonal competitive intelligence network and competitive intelligence early warning process.Through systematic analysis,this paper concludes that competitive intelligence network and competitive intelligence early warning process promote each other and develop together,so that the anti-dumping competitive intelligence early warning system of Chinese enterprises tends to be perfect.
