摘　　要：Shaker蛋白家族是植物体摄入钾元素的重要通道,其对植物环境耐受性发挥着重要的作用。本研究在高粱全基因组中鉴定了Shaker蛋白家族成员,并对其进行生物信息学分析。结果表明,高粱中共鉴定到9个Shaker家族成员,共可分为5个亚族,且处于同一个亚族的基因结构以及蛋白质结构相似;亚细胞定位显示,这些成员均定位于细胞质膜上;共线性分析结果表明,高粱Shaker蛋白家族在禾本科的进化历程中相对保守;组织特异性及模拟干旱表达结果显示,Shaker成员具有明显的组织特异性与干旱应答差异。本研究有望为进一步研究高粱Shaker蛋白家族的生物学功能提供理论基础。Shaker protein family is an important channel of potassium uptake for plant,which plays an important role in plant environmental tolerance.Here,members of the Shaker protein family were identified in the whole genome of sorghum and thenanalyzed by bioinformatics.The results showed that a total of 9 Shaker members were identified in sorghum,which could be divided into 5 subfamilies.Gene structure and protein structure of members of the same subfamily were similar.The results of subcellular localization showed that all these members were located on the cytoplasmic membrane.Based on the results of collinear analysis,the Shaker protein family of sorghum was relatively conservative in the evolution of Gramineae.According to the results of tissue specificity and simulated drought expression showed that Shaker members had significant differences in tissue specificity and drought response.In words,this study is expected to provide a theoretical basis for further study of the biological function of sorghum Shaker protein family.
