摘　　要：目的:调查心血管疾病患者Ⅱ期心脏康复项目完成情况,并分析心脏康复完成率及其影响因素。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年12月在中国医学科学院阜外医院心脏康复中心接受门诊心脏康复治疗,并在此期间结束治疗且有病历资料留存的144例患者,采用自制的《Ⅱ期心脏康复完成率影响因素调查问卷》调查门诊心脏康复完成情况,并依据完成康复次数是否≥24次分为高完成率组和低完成率组进行分析,同时应用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨Ⅱ期心脏康复完成率的影响因素。结果:144例患者Ⅱ期心脏康复平均完成康复次数13次,其中27例患者康复次数≥24次(高完成率组);117例患者康复次数<24次(低完成率组)。与低完成率组患者相比,高完成率组患者年龄[(50.35±13.50)岁vs.(57.33±12.40)岁]更大,有冠心病病史的患者比例(62.4%vs.85.2%)、平日空闲的患者比例(53.8%vs.77.8%)、经医生推荐康复比例(31.6%vs.55.6%)均更高(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,年龄(OR=1.496,95%CI:1.046~2.138,P=0.0273)、医生推荐(OR=2.527,95%CI:1.059~6.033,P=0.0367)是影响心脏康复完成率的独立因素。结论:Ⅱ期心脏康复的总体完成率较低,完成率与年龄、医生推荐相关。建议关注年龄较小的患者,同时倡导医生推荐心脏康复。Objectives:To investigate and analyze the completion rate and influencing factors of phaseⅡcardiac rehabilitation program in patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods:A total of 144 patients,who joined the outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program at the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center of Fuwai Hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 and ended the treatment during this period with complete medical records,were included in this study.The self-made"Questionnaire of Completion Rate and Related Factors during PhaseⅡCardiac Rehabilitation"was adopted to investigate the completion rate and influencing factors during phaseⅡcardiac rehabilitation through single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:The average number of finished phaseⅡcardiac rehabilitation was 13 times.Patients were divided into the high completion rate group(≥24 times,n=27)and the low completion rate group(<24 times,n=117).Compared with patients in the low completion rate group,the patients in the high completion rate group were older([50.35±13.50]years vs.[57.33±12.40]years),had a higher proportion of a history of coronary heart disease(62.4%vs.85.2%),leisure time on weekdays(53.8%vs.77.8%),and recommended for cardiac rehabilitation by doctors(31.6%vs.55.6%),all P<0.05.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.496,95%CI:1.046-2.138,P=0.0273),recommended by doctors to join the rehabilitation program(OR=2.527,95%CI:1.059-6.033,P=0.0367)were the independent factors that affecting the completion rate.Conclusions:Completion rate of the phaseⅡcardiac rehabilitation program is low,and the influencing factors are age and doctor's recommendation.It is of importance to recommend younger patients to join the cardiac rehabilitation program and recommend cardiac rehabilitation by doctors.
