摘　　要：进入工业革命以来,由于脱离了世界现代化的浪潮,中国逐步成为半殖民地半封建社会。改变民族命运,必须实现国家的现代化。中华人民共和国成立后,中国共产党团结带领全国各族人民展开了现代化建设实践,在实践中不断丰富和完善现代化的思想和理论。中华人民共和国成立到1978年的基本思想是,发挥社会主义制度集中力量办大事的优势,迅速建立国家现代化的物质技术人才基础。1978年到党的十八大的基本思想是,以深化改革扩大开放突破现代化建设各方面的制约,迅速提高国家的经济实力。十八大以来,党确立了以人民为中心的发展思想,加快推进社会主义现代化强国建设。未来,中国共产党将为发展中国家的现代化和人类文明进步贡献更丰富的思想菁华和实践真知。China used to be one of the richest countries in the world for a long period in history.However,it has gradually fallen into multiple development dilemmas since the Industrial Revolution,due to its departure from the wave of world modernization.To get rid of the dilemmas,China must realize its national modernization.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China(PRC),China embarked on its modernization.The Communist Party of China(CPC)has put forward interrelated but different strategies and policies at different historical stages,in response to the changes of the international environment and domestic development conditions.The basic ideology of the PRC from its founding to 1978 was to give full play to the advantages of the socialist system in concentrating resources for major tasks,so as to quickly establish the material,technical and talent base for the country’s modernization.From1978 to the 18 th CPC National Congress,the basic ideology was to break through all constraints in the modernization by deepening reform and expanding opening-up,so as to rapidly improve the country’s economic strength.Since the18 th CPC National Congress,the Party has established a people-centered development philosophy and has accelerated its efforts to build a great modern socialist country.In the future,the CPC will contribute more ideological essence to the modernization of developing countries and the progress of human civilization.
