含硒酸泥除汞提硒的工艺研究

摘  要:本文采用加钙固硒法对制酸酸泥进行了除汞固硒的研究,并对焙烧渣进行酸浸等试验。实验结果表明:在石灰加入量为酸泥量的80%,焙烧温度500℃,焙烧时间2h的条件下,汞挥发率和固硒率分别为达到99.03%、85.69%;在液固比5:1,硫酸质量浓度350g/L,每升浸出液加入6ml硝酸,浸出温度90℃,浸出时间3h条件下,焙烧渣中硒的浸出率可达到91.03%。In this paper,the method of adding calcium oxide to fix selenium was used to remove mercury and fix selenium from acid sludge,and the acid leaching of roasted slag was carried out.The results show that the volatilization rate of mercury and selenium fixation rate are 99.03%and 85.69%respectively under the conditions of lime dosage 80%of acid mud dosage,calcination temperature 500℃and calcination time 2H;Under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 5:1,sulfuric acid concentration of 350g/L,adding 6ml nitric acid to each liter of leaching solution,leaching temperature of 90℃and leaching time of 3H,the leaching rate of selenium in roasted slag can reach 91.03%.
