摘  要:为获得某高硫低铜难选矿石的适宜生产工艺流程及药剂制度,在该矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上,进行了详细的选矿试验研究工作。选矿闭路试验最终获得的总铜精含铜16.12%,铜回收率86.53%,硫精矿含硫41.85%、含铜0.108%,硫回收率88.78%。试验研究成果为后续生产遇到此类型矿石时,工艺及操作制度的调整提供理论依据。In order to obtain the suitable production process and reagents system of a refractory ore with high sulfur and low copper,a detailed beneficiation test was carried out on the basis of the study of process mineralogy of the ore.The total copper concentrate obtained by the closed circuit test was copper containing 16.12%and copper recovery 86.53%,and sulfur concentrate was sulfur containing 41.85%and copper containing 0.108%and sulfur recovery 88.78%.The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for the adjustment of process and operation system when this type of ore is encountered in subsequent production.
