摘　　要：本文以成都青城国际颐养中心为依托,按照课题要求,选择了阿坝州周边农村和牧区作为课题研究和示范基地,通过引入“互联网+医疗健康”的理念和移动智能体检会诊箱,使青城国际颐养中心与阿坝州农牧区的县、乡、村医养机构互联互通,信息共享,有效开展医疗健康咨询、业务指导、远程医学会诊、远程医学教育,还能有效开展健康管理,实施线上管理、线下服务,让偏远山区农民和草原牧民也能够享受青城国际颐养中心大医院、大专家的医疗健康服务,初步走出了一条快速解决农村牧区、偏远山区健康医疗保障的新路子。Based on Chengdu Qingcheng international nursing center,we focuses on the construction of its own medical and nursing institutions,and selects the surrounding rural counties and ABA pastoral areas as the research and demonstration bases according to the requirements of the project.By introducing the concept of“Internet plus medical health”and mobile medical examination consultation box,the Qingcheng international care center can interconnect with the medical institutions in the rural areas of Aba Prefecture and Barkam.They effectively carry out medical health consultation,business guidance,telemedicine consultation,and telemedicine education.Moreover,through effective health management,online management and offline services,farmers and herdsmen in remote mountainous areas can also enjoy the medical and health services provided by big hospitals and experts.A new way to solve the problem of health and medical security in remote mountainous areas of rural pastoral areas has been found.
