老年慢性非特异性腰痛综合康复治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察以神经松动术和认知功能性训练为主的综合康复治疗对老年慢性非特异性腰痛患者的疗效。方法将125例老年慢性非特异性腰痛患者分成治疗组(67例)和对照组(58例),治疗组采用以神经松动术为主的综合康复治疗,对照组主要采用卧床休息、口服非甾体抗炎药、红外直线偏振光和干扰电等物理治疗及针灸治疗。治疗前后分别进行VAS评分、Oswestry评分及JOA疗效评定。结果治疗后,VAS评分及Oswestry评分均较治疗前有所下降,治疗组VAS评分及Oswestry评分值较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组优良率为71.64%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论部分老年慢性非特异性腰痛与硬脊膜粘连有关。以神经松动术和认知功能性训练为主的综合康复治疗能够有效改善老年慢性非特异性腰痛患者腰痛症状,此方法安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effectiveness of rehabilitation in treatment of elderly chronic non-specific low back pain.Methods 125 patients with Chronic non-specific low back pain were randomly divided into two group:a treatment group(67 cases)and a control group(58 cases).The patients in treatment group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation which composed mainly with nerves loosening treatment and cognitive functional treatment,while those in control group were treated mainly with drugs,acupuncture and so on.Scored with VAS,Oswestry and JOA pre and post treatment.Results It was shown that the VAS and Oswestry of all patients performed significantly better in comparing with that of the pre-treatment(P<0.05).VAS and Oswestry lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the excellent and good rate was 71.64%in treatment group,which was significant different(P<0.01).Conclusion Lots of elderly chronic non-specific low back pain were caused by endorhachis adhesions.Comprehensive rehabilitation which composed mainly with nerves loosening treatment and cognitive functional treatment can improve the chronic low back pain caused by nonspecific endorhachis adhesions effectively.It is an effective and safe method to deal with chronic low back pain caused by nonspecific endorhachis adhesions.
