康达心口服液治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚血瘀证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察康达心口服液治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚血瘀证患者临床疗效及对心功能和运动耐量的影响。方法选取80例慢性心力衰竭阳虚血瘀证患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,对照组按照指南使用ACEI、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂等西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用康达心口服液治疗。8周后比较两组中医证候积分、治疗前后血清N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)。治疗前后进行心肺运动试验(CPET),比较无氧阈值(AT)、峰值摄氧量(peakVO_(2))的变化。结果观察组与对照组治疗后NT-proBNP、sST2均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),观察组比对照组下降显著(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组治疗后AT和peakVO_(2)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组比对照组升高显著(P<0.05)。在中医证候疗效方面,观察组较对照组改善显著(P<0.05)。结论康达心口服液能进一步改善慢性心力衰竭阳虚血瘀证患者的中医临床证候及其心功能和运动耐量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangdaxin Oral Liquid in patients with chronic heart failure on cardiac function and exercise tolerance in Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and blood stasis were selected, it was divided into control group and observation group according to random number table.The control group used ACEI,β receptor blockers, diuretics and other western drugs according to the guidelines.The observation group added Kangdaxin Oral Liquid treatment based on the control group treatment regimen.After 8 weeks, compared 2 groups of TCM syndrome score, serum N terminal B brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),soluble growth stimulation expression gene 2 protein(sST2).Cardiopulmonary exercise testing(CEPT)before and after treatment, comparing the changes of anaerobic threshold(AT)and peak oxygen uptake(peakVO_(2)).Results NT-proBNP,sST2 was significantly decreased in the observation group and control group compared with before treatment(P<0.01),significantly in the observation group(P<0.05);AT and peakVO_(2) was significantly improved in the observation group and control group compared with before treatment(P<0.05),significantly in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangdaxin Oral Liquid can further improve the clinical syndrome and movement tolerance of chronic heart failure.
