摘 要:目的探讨品管圈活动在提高我院神经外科Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物合理率中的效果。方法基于多学科协作模式,成立品管圈小组,按照活动十大步骤,进行计划拟定、对策实施、效果确认及处置。结果实施品管圈活动后,我院神经外科Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物合理率从56.25%提高至90.83%,改善前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);活动目标达成率为127.40%,进步率为61.48%。圈员们责任感、QCC手法运用、解决问题的能力得到了较大的提升,有显著的改善(P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动,不仅能有效提高我院神经外科Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物合理率,还能使圈员的持续质量改进意识和能力得到改善,有利于提升医疗质量管理和服务水平。Objective To explore the effect of Quality control circle(QCC)activities on improving the rational rate of antibiotics for prevention of type I incision surgery in neurosurgery in our hospital.Methods Based on the multi-disciplinary collaboration model,a QCC group will be established to plan,implement,and confirm the effects according to the ten steps of the activity.Results After the implementation of the QCC activities,the rational rate of antibiotics for prevention of type I incision surgery in our hospital increased from 56.25%to 90.83%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The achievement goal achievement rate was 127.40%,and the progress rate was 61.48%.The responsibilities of the circles,the use of QCC techniques,and the ability to solve problems have been greatly improved,with significant improvement(P<0.01).Conclusion Conducting QCC activities can not only effectively improve the rational rate of antibiotics for the prevention of Class I incision surgery in neurosurgery,but also improve the awareness and ability of continuous quality improvement of the circles,which is conducive to improving medical quality management and service level.
