基于Delphi法的中医护理干预改善急性心肌梗死后便秘及负性情绪的效果分析

摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲(Delphi)法分析中医护理干预改善急性心肌梗死后便秘及负性情绪的效果。方法将2020年4月至2021年4月我院确诊的168例急性心肌梗死后便秘患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分组,常规组和研究组各84例。常规组患者实施常规护理干预,研究组患者实施基于Delphi法的中医护理干预。分析比较两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率以及干预前后便秘评分和负性情绪评分。结果研究组患者临床疗效(95.24%)明显优于常规组(85.71%)(P<0.05)。干预后两组便秘评分比较均明显升高,且研究组高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后常规组及研究组SAS、SDS评分均明显降低,且与常规组比较,研究组更低(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率(2.38%)低于常规组(16.67%)(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死后便秘患者采用基于Delphi法中医护理干预的疗效显著,能够有效改善患者便秘症状,同时缓解焦虑和抑郁,并降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of between psychological status and coping style,self-efficacy and quality of life in cancer patients.Methods 168 patients with constipation after acute myocardial infarction diagnosed in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were divided into the routine group and the study group(84 cases in each group)according to the random number table.Patients in the routine group received conventional nursing interventions,and patients in the study group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions based on the Delphi method.The clinical efficacy,complication rate,constipation score and negative emotion score before and after intervention were compared between the routine group and the study group.Results Compared with the routine group(85.71%),the clinical efficacy of patients in the study group(95.24%)was higher(P<0.05).After the intervention,the constipation scores of the two groups were significantly increased,and compared with the routine group,the constipation scores in the study group were higher(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and compared with the routine group,the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the study group(2.38%)was lower than that of the routine group(16.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with constipation after acute myocardial infarction with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention based on the Delphi method has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation,relieve anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
