摘  要:2020-07-12河北唐山M5.1地震的发震时间、强度、震中位置均满足2020-05-22全国电磁年中会商会电磁学科2020年下半年度全国预测意见。地震发生前,电磁学科组依据中国地震局《地震电磁分析预测技术方法工作手册》和《地震电磁分析预报方法清单》对中国大陆华北地区电磁台站的数据进行异常梳理,发现首都圈台站电磁存在地磁日变化、谐波振幅比、地电场等多项异常。震前异常综合预测意见与实发地震基本一致,2016~2019年地震电磁学科预测指标体系建设工作已初见成效。The time, magnitude and epicenter of the Tangshan M5.1 earthquake on July 12, 2020 are all consistent with the prediction of China electromagnetic mid-year consultation on May 22, 2020. Before the earthquake, according to the "practical handbook of earthquake electromagnetic analysis and prediction methods" and the "manual on technical methods of earthquake electromagnetic analysis and prediction", the electromagnetic group analysed the data of electromagnetic stations in the mainland of China. The results show that there are many anomalies such as daily variation of geomagnetism, harmonic amplitude ratio, and geoelectric field at the electromagnetic stations in the capital circle. The comprehensive prediction before the earthquake is basically consistent with the actual earthquake. The prediction index system construction of geo-electromagnetic discipline from 2016 to 2019 has achieved initial results.
