街区制下西安城市街区演变、动因及认知探析

摘　　要：西安作为历史古都,其城市街区具有自身的特色,但是也出现了很多问题。文章从街区制概念及特征出发,运用历时演变分析法和成因性分析法归纳总结了西安城市街区的演变规律和根本动因,从统治阶层的行为、经济利益的选择和文化价值的导向三个方面的演变动因对目前推进的街区制的错误认知进行再解读,期望为探索符合西安城市需求的街区制提供一定的理论认知和经验借鉴。As an ancient historical capital, Xi’an city block has its own characteristics, but there are also many problems. Based on the concept and characteristics of block system, this paper summarizes the evolution rules and fundamental motivation of urban blocks in Xi’an with diachronic evolution analysis and genetic analysis. Then, it reinterprets the wrong cognition of the current advancing block system from three aspects of the evolution of the behavior of the ruling class, the choice of economic interests and the orientation of cultural values, aiming to provide some theoretical basis and experience for the exploration on the urban block pattern in line with the urban needs of Xi’an.
