工业遗产类创意产业园游客满意度研究——以青岛纺织谷为例

摘　　要：在工业遗产改造热度升温的大背景下,对遗产改造类创意产业园进行游客满意度研究。本研究以使用后评价法、层次分析法、模糊评判法为理论依据,建立以交通、公共空间、功能区的满意度为主体的评价模型,并选取青岛纺织谷为验证对象。研究发现游客对交通、功能区的满意度为"一般",对公共空间的满意度为"满意"。对青岛市工业遗产再利用项目中存在的问题提出优化建议,为园区策划单位判断项目质量,优化设计方案提供了参考依据。In the context of the heat of industrial heritage renovation, a visitor satisfaction study was conducted for creative industrial parks in the heritage renovation category. This study uses post-occupancy evaluation method, hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy judgment method as the theoretical basis to establish the evaluation model with traffic, public space and functional area satisfaction as the main subjects, and selects Qingdao Textile Valley as the verification object. The study found that the visitors’ satisfaction on transportation and functional areas was "general" and their satisfaction on public space was "satisfactory". The paper put forward optimization suggestions for the problems existing in Qingdaos’ industrial heritage reuse project. It provides a reference basis for the park planning unit to judge the project quality and optimize the design scheme.
