摘  要:通过构建区域历史景观网络,加强对人文和自然景观的整体保护,可以满足供给多样化和高品质国土空间的要求。中东铁路辽宁段历史文化遗产资源丰富,具有重要的保护价值。从城市历史景观的角度出发,结合"双评价"体系下的空间管理模式与文化保护内容,解析辽宁段历史景观的形成过程,继而对中东铁路辽宁段的线性历史景观进行要素归纳,提出优化策略。研究表明,在当前规划背景下,文化空间的保护要依据国土空间规划的相关要求,考虑"大尺度、多要素、大跨度"的影响,注重边界处理中历史景观的连续性,促进弹性管控和多维度传播,从而实现各类要素价值的整体提升。By building a regional historical landscape network and strengthening the overall protection of human and natural landscape, we can meet the requirements of diversified supply and high-quality land space. Liaoning Section of Middle East Railway is rich in historical and cultural heritage resources, which has important protection value. From the perspective of urban historical landscape, combined with the spatial management mode and cultural protection content under the "double evaluation" system, this paper analyzes the formation process of historical landscape in Liaoning section, and then summarizes the elements of linear historical landscape in Liaoning Section of Middle East Railway, and puts forward optimization strategies. The research shows that under the current planning background, the protection of cultural space should be based on the relevant requirements of land space planning, consider the influence of "large scale,multi factor and large span", pay attention to the continuity of historical landscape in boundary treatment, and promote flexible management and control and multi-dimensional communication, so as to realize the overall promotion of the value of various elements.
