妊娠合并哮喘患者血清25-羟维生素D3及相关因素含量分析

摘　　要：目的研究妊娠哮喘患者血清中25-(OH)-VD3的水平;以及与哮喘相关因素的外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数、CRP之间的变化情况并进行比较分析。方法选择性收集2019年1月—2020年12月年在我院就诊的妊娠合并哮喘患者56例(年龄27.65±3.57)作为观察组;收集其他哮喘妇女患者60例(年龄45.17±8.91)以及正常妊娠者60例(年龄28.15±5.74)作为对照组。分别采集三组人群的血浆25-(OH)-VD3的指标、CRP的水平和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数;将妊娠期哮喘患者与正常妊娠妇女及其他哮喘患者两两进行比较。结果妊娠合并哮喘患者组体内25-(OH)-VD3明显低于正常孕妇组(P<0.05);妊娠合并哮喘患者的嗜酸性粒细胞显著高于正常妊娠组(P<0.05);妊娠合并哮喘患者组与其他哮喘妇女患者组相比较,其血清中的25-(OH)-VD3、CRP和嗜酸性粒细胞均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论妊娠合并哮喘患者体内25-(OH)-VD3的水平明显不足或缺乏,嗜酸性粒细胞的数量显著增多。Objective To study the serum level of 25-(OH)-VD3 in pregnant asthma patients and compare the changes of peripheral blood eosinophil count and CRP.Methods 56 pregnant patients with asthma treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020(age 27.65±3.57)were selected as the observation group.60 asthmatic women(age 45.17±8.91)and 60 normal pregnant women(age 28.15±5.74)were collected as the control group.Plasma levels of 25-(OH)-VD3,CRP,and eosinophil count in the three groups were collected.Patients with gestational asthma were compared with normal pregnant women and other asthma patients.Results The level of 25-(OH)-VD3 in the pregnant asthmatic women group was significantly lower than that in the normal pregnant women group(P<0.05),while the level of eosinophil in the pregnant asthmatic women group was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum levels of 25-(OH)-VD3,CRP,and eosinophils between the pregnant asthmatic women group and other asthmatic women group(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of 25-(OH)-VD3 in pregnant patients with asthma was significantly insufficient or deficient,while the number of eosinophils was significantly increased.
