摘  要:铀是煤中常见的放射性元素,主要富集在煤燃烧产生的粉煤灰中。采用搅拌浸出工艺从粉煤灰中提铀,存在固液分离的技术难题。从优化提铀工艺的角度出发,探索了利用含铀燃煤飞灰颗粒自身的性质,辅以适当的粘合剂,采用造粒技术从燃煤飞灰中提铀的新工艺;从飞灰造粒的成粒性、稳定性和浸出性着手,综合考察了不同条件对飞灰造粒性能的影响。试验结果表明,使用新型的无机溶胶型粘合剂,在润湿剂加入量30%、湿混8 min、常温烘干条件下,可以得到理想的成粒效果和耐酸性;造粒淋滤与常规搅拌浸出相比,可达到相同的提铀效果。Uranium is a common radioactive element in coal,which is mainly enriched in fly ash produced by coal combustion.Uranium is extracted from fly ash by stirring leaching process,which has technical difficulties in solid-liquid separation.From optimization of the process of uranium perspective,this study explored by using the properties of fly ash particles itself,supplemented by appropriate adhesive,the granulating technology and development from the new technology of uranium from fly ash from coal fly ash granulation of granulating resistance,stability,and leaching,the composite is investigated the influence of different conditions on the granulation performance of fly ash.The results show that the new type of inorganic sol type adhesive can achieve ideal granulating effect and acid resistance under the conditions of adding 30%wetting agent,wet mixing for 8 min and drying at room temperature.Compared with conventional stirring leaching,granulation leaching can achieve the same effect of uranium extraction.
