摘  要:以废铁屑为原料处理含铀废液,研究了温度、pH、反应时间、铀溶液初始浓度、铁屑形状等对除铀效果的影响,并分析了除铀反应动力学。试验结果表明:在15~45℃温度范围内,铁屑除铀过程受温度影响较小;pH在3~8范围内,pH越低除铀效果越好;铀浓度为100 mg/L、反应时间2 h时铀去除率达到70%;形状短薄的铁屑比长厚铁屑的除铀效果好;除铀反应为一级反应,铀铁比对除铀效果有较大影响。The temperature,pH value,reaction time,initial concentration of uranium solution,shape of scrap irons and reaction kinetics of uranium removal from scrap irons were studied.The experimental results show that in the temperature range of 15~45℃,the temperature has little effect on the uranium removal process of scrap irons;The lower the pH is in the range of 3~8,the better the removal effect is.When the concentration of uranium is 100 mg/L and the reaction time is 2 hours,the removal rate of uranium reaches 70%.The uranium removal effect of short and thin scrap irons is better than that of long and thick scrap irons.The uranium removal reaction is first-order reaction,and the uranium irons ratio has a significant effect on the uranium removal rate.
