摘  要:余热发电技术有利于节能减排和环境保护,因此广泛应用在水泥和化工行业中。文中对15 MW同步发电机首次并网和解列停机中的关键环节进行了介绍,并提供了各项参数。最后以某次停机过程中出现的汽机连跳和灭磁联锁现象为案例,分析故障原因并提出改进方案,进一步优化了停机参数。本文为小容量余热发电机组启停机过程中的风险把控提供了可行性的经验参考。Waste heat power generation technology is conducive to energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection,it is widely used in the cement and chemical industries.The article introduces the key links in the first grid connection and shutdown and disconnection of 15 MW synchronous generators,and the parameters are provided.Finally,taking the continuous tripping and de excitation interlock phenomenon of steam turbine and generator during a shutdown as an example,the fault causes are analyzed and the improvement scheme is proposed to further optimize the shutdown parameters.This paper provides a feasible experience reference for risk control during start-up and shutdown of small capacity waste heat generator set.
