摘　　要：通过对半导体存储器类型、存储密度、存储结构、专利及市场发展的探讨,分析新时代档案治理面临的挑战,探索建立以法制和标准治理为主线、档案数据全生命周期相关主体多元共同协调参与的治理体系。By discussing the type,storage density,storage structure,patent and market development of semiconductor memory,the paper analyzes the challenge of archives governance in the new era,and explores to establish the archives governance system with law and standard as the main line,and with the joint coordination and participation of multiple subjects related to whole life cycle of archives data.
