摘　　要：基于区块链的DPOS共识机制,提出算法定义和增加数字档案管理与服务联盟区块链的记账(审核)节点,并确定各记账节点对待上链数据进行打分、评价的指标和具体流程,并确定了具体的激励机制与策略。Based on DPOS consensus mechanism of block chain,this paper puts forward the algorithm definition,proposes to increase the accounting(audit)nodes of digital archives management and service alliance block chain,and establishes the indicators and specific process of scoring and evaluating the data of the upper chain by each accounting node,and determines the specific incentive mechanism and strategy.
