摘　　要：高校综合档案是高校档案馆的基本馆藏,涉及全校党政、科研、教学、基建等11大类材料,全面反映学校的办学历史和现状。随着新型基础设施建设(以下简称“新基建”)的不断提升,从前的立卷归档方式严重制约档案工作现代化发展。2001年,《归档文件整理规则》实施,依据“简化整理、深化检索”的宗旨指导各单位进行按“件”归档的改革。相比各企事业单位,高校改革步伐缓慢。希望有更多高校档案工作者因势利导,用科学的态度积极变革,让高校综合档案归档工作进入良性循环轨道,实现高校档案及档案工作人员的真正价值。The comprehensive archives of colleges and universities is the basic collection of the archives of colleges and universities,involving eleven kinds of materials such as the party politics,scientific research,teaching,infrastructure etc.They comprehensively reflect the history and current situation of the school.With the continuous improvement of"new infrastructure",the former way of setting case documents in files seriously restricts the modernization development of archives management.In 2001,the Rules for Archiving Documents Arrangement was promulgated,guiding all units to carry out the reform of archiving at a single file level according to the purpose of"simplifying the sorting and deepening the retrieval".Compared with the enterprises and institutions,the pace of college reform is slow.It is hoped that more archivists in colleges and universities will improve the situation and make positive changes with a scientific attitude,so that the comprehensive archiving work in colleges and universities will enter a virtuous circle and realize the real value of archives and archivists in colleges and universities.
