摘　　要：《阜新大观》由两部分组成,一是提示日本侵略者所谓开发阜新煤田的血泪史以及阜新煤田的发展和对建立“大东亚共荣圈”的作用。二是比较客观全面地介绍了伪满州国时期阜新市行政机关及相关组织的历史沿革,包括工业、农业、林业、畜牧业、教育、文化、卫生保健、宗教、山水风光、民俗、金融、财政等。Grand View of Fuxin consists of two parts. One part is the history of blood and tears of the so-called development of Fuxin Coalfield by the Japanese invaders, as well as the development of Fuxin Coalfield and its role in the establishment of "Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere". The other part objectively and comprehensively introduces the historical evolution of Fuxin's administrative organs and related organizations, industry, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, education, culture, health care, religion, landscape scenery, folk customs, fiscal and financial situation, etc.
