摘　　要：高校名人档案是高校名人生活的真实记录,其档案信息反映了高校发展历史,是高校记忆的重要内容。本文对高校名人档案及其特点和高校记忆概念做了简要的论述,分析高校名人档案管理存在的问题,并提出做好高校名人档案工作采取的措施,从而推动高校名人档案资源建设,丰富高校记忆。College celebrity archives are real records of the lives of college celebrities.The archives information reflects the history of college development and is the important content of college memory.This paper briefly discusses the college celebrity archives and their characteristics as well as the concept of college memory,analyzes the problems in the management of college celebrity archives,and proposes measures to do a good job in college celebrity archives,so as to promote the construction of college celebrity archives resources and enrich college memory.
