摘 要:本文通过使用一种新型的活化反应器,以椰壳炭化料为原料,采用水蒸气活化法在不同操作条件下制备椰壳活性炭,探讨了水蒸气活化试验中活化温度、水蒸气流量、活化时间、炭化料颗粒度对活性炭得率、活性炭碘值、灰分、水分、pH值、表观密度、粒度分布及强度等指标的影响。结果表明,活化温度、水蒸气流量、活化时间、炭化料颗粒度是该新型活化反应器制备椰壳活性炭最重要的影响因素。正交试验结果表明,使用本新型活化反应器制备高性能椰壳活性炭的最优参数为:活化温度750℃、水蒸气流量5 g/min、活化时间1.5 h、炭化料颗粒度20目。Activated carbon was prepared by the method of water vapor activation in a new type of activation reactor using coconut shell carbonized material as raw material.The effects of water vapor activation temperature,water vapor flow,activation time,as well as carbonization material particle size on the yield of activated carbon,iodine value,ash,moisture,pH value,apparent density,particle size distribution and strength were studied in the experiment.The results indicate that activation temperature,water vapor flow,activation time and particle size of carbonized material are the most important factors of the method of water vapor activation to prepare coconut shell activated carbon.Base on the results of orthogonal experiment,the optimal conditions for preparation of activated carbon adsorbent are as follows:activation temperature at 750℃,water vapor flow at 5 g/min,activation time for 1.5 h,and carbonized material size at 20 mesh.
