摘  要:在锂离子电池大规模应用的今天,由于锂电池火灾事故层出不穷,所以锂离子电池的热安全也受到越来越多的重视。锂离子电池在发生燃烧以前均会发生热失控链式放热反应,每一步反应都会有相应气体产生,经过气体采样分析可以得出CO、H_(2)、CO_(2)、C_(x)H_(y)等为烟气的主要成分。而这些气体组分会受到锂离子电池自身的SOC(荷电状态)、外部气压等显著影响,泄气总量和各类气体组分会发生一些变化。针对现阶段锂离子电池热失控所面对的问题,总结了一些不足还提出了可能的解决方法。With the large-scale application of lithium-ion batteries today,the thermal safety of lithium-ion batteries has been paid more and more attention because of the endless fire accidents of lithium batteries.Thermal runaway chain exothermic reaction will occur in lithium-ion batteries before combustion,and corresponding gases will be produced in each step.Through gas sampling analysis,it can be concluded that CO,H_(2),CO_(2)and C_(x)H_(y) are the main components of flue gas.However,these gas components will be significantly affected by SOC(State of Charge)and external air pressure of the lithium-ion battery,and the total gas leakage and various gas components will undergo some changes.Aiming at the problems of thermal runaway of lithium-ion batteries at present,some shortcomings are summarized and possible solutions are put forward.
