摘 要:近年来,混凝土工程技术得到快速发展,混凝土工程技术要求也越来越高,随着混凝土工程技术要求的提高,混凝土外观质量越来越受到广泛关注。其中混凝土外观气泡是工程建设者关注的焦点之一,在某些重点工程中对单位面积混凝土外表的气泡大小和数量都有明确的要求。当然,影响混凝土外观气泡的影响因素有很多,比如原材料、混凝土配比、混凝土外加剂、混凝土浇注工艺振捣时间等。本文研究了几种常用类型的混凝土脱模剂对混凝土外观气泡的影响,以及进一步探讨了水性脱模剂不同含量对混凝土外观气泡的影响。通过实验对比得出:使用树脂型脱模剂和乳液型脱模剂混凝土外观气泡性远好于使用纯油类脱模剂;水性脱模剂含量越低,混凝土外观气泡越少。In recent years,with the rapid development of concrete engineering technology,the technical requirements of concrete engineering are getting higher and higher.With the improvement of the technical requirements of concrete engineering,the appearance quality of concrete has been paid more and more attention.The concrete surface bubble is one of the focal points that the project builders pay attention to.In some key projects,there are clear requirements on the size and quantity of bubbles on the concrete surface per unit area.Of course,there are many factors affecting the concrete appearance of bubbles,such as raw materials,such as the ratio of concrete,concrete admixtures,concrete pouring process vibrating time,etc.This paper studies the influence of several common types of concrete release agent on concrete appearance bubble,and further discusses the influence of different content of water-based release agent on concrete appearance bubble.Through experiment comparison,it is concluded that the bubble property of concrete appearance using resin type release agent and emulsion type release agent is much better than that using pure oil release agent.The lower the content of water-based release agent,the less bubbles in concrete appearance.
