摘　　要：洗煤工艺介质损耗问题的存在导致大量原材料的浪费,但是造成介质损耗的原因多种多样,大致可以分为管理因素和技术因素。本文首先对于选美工艺介质损耗问题的成因进行了分析,之后提出了相应的处理对策,如优化管理对策,以及对循环水澄清、脱介筛系统和磁铁矿粉的改良,以供参考。The existence of the problem of medium loss in coal washing process leads to the waste of a large number of raw materials,but the causes of medium loss are varied,which can be roughly divided into management factors and technical factors.This paper firstly analyzes the causes of medium loss in beauty pageant process,and then puts forward the corresponding treatment countermeasures,such as optimization management countermeasures,as well as the improvement of circulating water clarification,medium removal sieve system and magnet powder,for reference.
