摘　　要：无水氢氟酸生产尾气中伴有大量粉尘、含氟、含硫等有害气体,对生态环境造成不利影响。本文就生产无水氢氟酸过程中排放尾气综合处理方法进行简要描述,为无水氢氟酸生产尾气综合治理提供参考。The exhaust gas of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid production is accompanied by a large number of dust,fluorine,sulfur and other harmful gases,which cause adverse effects on the ecological environment.This paper briefly describes the comprehensive treatment of exhaust gas in the process of producing anhydrous hydrofluoric acid,and provides reference for comprehensive treatment of exhaust gas in anhydrous hydrofluoric acid production.
