综采面刮板机电机烧毁原因及对策分析

摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,以及现代技术的全面进步,我国矿物开采行业的机械化水平越来越高。刮板机作为矿产生产活动中不可或缺的关键设备,其运行状态将直接影响生产效率及安全,而电机烧毁是比较严重的设备故障问题。文章阐述了综采面刮板机的技术特点,分析了导致设备电机烧毁的主要原因。基于实际案例,结合不同的工作环境及工况,从设备调整、规范操作、现场监督、设备保养等角度,对综采面刮板机电机烧毁防治措施进行分析,希望能为相关生产管理单位提供参考。With the rapid development of social economy,as well as the comprehensive progress of modern technology,the mechanization level of China’s mineral mining industry is getting higher and higher.Scraper as an indispensable key equipment in mineral production activities,its running state will directly affect the production efficiency and safety,and motor burning is a serious equipment failure problem.This paper describes the technical characteristics of the president’s surface scraper and analyzes the main causes of the burning of the motor.Based on the actual case,combined with different working conditions and working conditions,from the Angle of equipment adjustment,standard operation,on-site supervision,equipment maintenance,the prevention and control measures of motor burning of fully mechanized face scraper are analyzed,hoping to provide reference for related production management units.
