摘 要:大型泵站进出水流道属于大体积异型复杂结构混凝土,是泵站工程的核心工程,施工时往往因温度控制措施不当,易造成混凝土产生裂缝。在流道混凝土施工过程中,通过对原材料和混凝土入仓温度的控制,对结构重点薄弱部位,内部采取预埋循环水管通水冷却,外部采取智能自动化保湿养护,有效控制了混凝土内部升温,降低了混凝土内外温差,保证了混凝土养护质量,大大减少了流道混凝土裂缝,提高了混凝土的施工质量。The large pump station inlet and outlet flow channel belongs to large volume special-shaped complex structure concrete.It is the core project of the pump station project.It is easy to cause cracks in concrete frequently during construction due to improper temperature control measures.Embedded circulating water pipes are used for water cooling inside aiming at the key weak parts of the structure through the control of raw materials and concrete warehousing temperature during the process of flow channel concrete construction in the paper.Intelligent automatic moisturizing maintenance is adopted externally,thereby effectively controlling the temperature rise inside the concrete,reducing the temperature difference inside and outside the concrete,ensuring the concrete curing quality,greatly reducing the concrete crack in the flow channel,and improving the construction quality of concrete.
