摘 要:为满足地区草牧业发展对草种的需求,开发和利用本土优质乡土牧草资源,于2006—2017年对宜昌市采集的野生鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata L.)开展了驯化选育和评价。经过3次混合选择,形成了宜昌鸭茅新品系,对照原始野生群体在主要农艺性状和生物量得到明显提升。宜昌鸭茅新品系在湖北乃至南方草地建植和草地改良中将具有较大的开发利用潜力。In order to develop and satisfy the demand for native grass species for the healthy development of lawn industry in Hubei,from 2006 to 2017,the domestication,breeding and evaluation of wild orchardgrass(Dactylis glomerata L.)collected in Yichang area were carried out.A new strain of orchardgrass“Yichang”was bred by domestication and blending for three mixed selections,and the main agronomic traits and biomass of the original wild population were obviously improved.The new strain of orchardgrass from Yichang will have great potential for development and utilization in grassland establishment and grassland improvement in Hubei and even in south of China.
