摘　　要：为了实现定时从四川省气象局省市县三级预报业务平台Web服务器获取气象站的降水量数据,并且在降水量数值超过规定阈值时,及时提醒值班工作人员做相应的气象服务,采用C#语言,基于Quartz.NET开发了雨情监测报警程序。结果表明,基于Quartz.NET的雨情监测报警程序,不但能实时监测特定时间段、特定区域范围内各个气象站的累计降水量数据、及时报警,而且还能自动生成决策气象服务所需的雨情通报文档,大大地减轻了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,在汛期繁重的气象服务工作中发挥了重要作用。In order to obtain the precipitation data of the meteorological station from the Web server of the three-level forecast service platform of the Sichuan Meteorological Bureau,and to promptly remind the staff on duty to provide corresponding meteorological ser⁃vices when the precipitation value exceeds the prescribed threshold,C#Language was adopted,based on Quartz.NET developed a rain monitoring alarm program.The results show that the rain monitoring and alarm program based on Quartz.NET can not only monitor the accumulated precipitation data of various weather stations within a specific time period and within a specific area in real time,give timely alarms,but also automatically generate rain notifications required for decision-making weather services.The documentation greatly reduces the labor intensity of the staff,improves work efficiency,and plays an important role in the heavy weather service work during the flood season.
