摘 要:ERECTA是一种类受体蛋白激酶,在植物株型控制、器官形态建成和逆境响应等方面起着重要作用。以马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)为研究对象,通过RT-PCR技术扩增ERECTA基因的cDNA序列,并进行生物信息学分析。结果表明,马铃薯ERECTA基因的cDNA序列全长为3281 bp,包括一个2973 bp的开放阅读框,可编码990个氨基酸,含有10个保守基序。通过系统发育树和多序列比对可知,马铃薯ERECTA氨基酸序列与其他植物ERECTA氨基酸序列的同源性较高。马铃薯ERECTA以α-螺旋和无规卷曲为主,包含8个富含亮氨酸的LRR基序。马铃薯ERECTA基因的克隆与生物信息学分析,为进一步研究马铃薯ERECTA功能提供了参考。ERECTA is one of the receptor-like protein kinase.It participates in the control of plant type and organ morphology,and plays an important role in stress resistance.In this study,potato(Solanum tuberosum)was used as the research object,and the cDNA sequence of potato ERECTA gene was amplified by RT-PCR.The results of bioinformatics analysis showed that the cDNA of ERECTA gene has a full length of 3281 bp,including an open reading frame,which contains 2973 bp,can encode 990 amino acids,and con⁃tains 10 conserved motifs.From the phylogenetic tree and multiple sequence comparison analysis,the amino acid sequence of potato ERECTA has high homology with other plant ERECTA amino acid sequences.The secondary structure analysis showed that potato ERECTA is dominated byα-helix and random coil.The three-dimensional structure prediction showed that potato ERECTA contains 8 leucine-rich LRR motifs.The results provide a theoretical basis for further research on the function of potato ERECTA.
