摘　　要：甲状旁腺四维CT(4-dimensional computed tomography,4D-CT)是一种较新的影像学检查手段,正逐渐用于甲状旁腺肿瘤的术前定位,甚至已成为部分机构重要的补充定位手段。本文就该检查的定义及检查方法、影像学特点、诊断效能及目前存在的局限性等进行综述。Parathyroid four-dimensional computed tomography(4D-CT)is a relatively new imaging technique for preoperative localization of primary hyperparathyroidism,and it has become the important technique in several institutions.The purpose of this article is to review the 4D-CT technique and discuss its imaging features,diagnostic performance,and limitations.
