摘　　要：本文通过分析动物源性食品生物致病因子污染现状,探究其污染来源和传播途径,提出新冠疫情常态化大环境下生物致病因子的防控策略,保障人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。By analyzing the pollution status of biological pathogenic factors in animal derived food,to explore its pollution sources and transmission routes,to put forward the prevention and control strategy of biological pathogenic factors in the normalization environment of COVID-19,so as to ensure the health and safety of the people.
