摘 要:研发了点阵式微喷嘴点胶系统,设计了多喷嘴吐胶装置,并规划了五步式点胶法,按照中密外疏的胶点排列方式进行高密度点胶实验,开发了4种类型点胶喷嘴并对比分析了各喷嘴点胶后胶点的圆度,进行了玻璃粘合实验并研究了粘合时气泡形成机理。研究表明:本点胶机能够在15 s内同时完成21个胶点的点胶工作,Type-3型喷嘴能够保证胶点圆度最小;胶点的圆度越小,越有利于保证两玻璃片间的胶点受挤压时扩大程度的同步性,有利于胶点间排气通道畅通,从而保证粘合的玻璃片间无气泡滞留。A multi-dot matrix glue dispenser with multi-nozzle glue dispensing system was developed.A five-step dispensing method was designed for dispensing experiment,in which the arrangement of glue points is medium-density and outer-sparse.Four types of dispensing nozzle were developed and used in the experiments.The roundness of dispensing points of each type of nozzle was compared and analyzed.The glass bonding experiment was carried out,and the mechanism of bubble formation during bonding was studied.The results show that the dispensing machine can finish 21 gule points in 15 s at the same time,and the type-3 nozzle can ensure the minimum roundness of the glue point.The smaller the roundness of the glue point,the more conducive to the expansion synchronization of the glue point between the two glass sheets when being extruded,which is conducive to ensuring the smooth exhaust channel,so as to ensure no bubble retention between the bonded glass sheets.
